Mr. M. Bheemaiah, the Founder and Chairman of Vishvashanthi Public Trust (VSPT) was born on 29-05-1972 in a village called Utharayanahalli in Madugiri taluk in Tumkur District in Karnataka. He did Master Degree in Rural development in the year 1995 and did M.Phil in "The growth of Voluntary Organisation and their role in Rural development. He is actively involved in Development activities for the last 29 years. He started Vishvashanthi Public Trust in the year 2000. He is also a POSH Act specialised trainer in garment industry. He is also a consultant for NGO/Trust formation.

Mr. G.C. Pramod is the Secretary of Vishvashanthi Public Trust. He is the President of Shivasindhoora Co-Operative Society, Tumkur. He is also an expertise in kannada and delivers various thougts on kannada in seminars/Programmes.

Mr.Krishnamurthy is Member-Trustee of Vishvashanthi Public Trust. Born in Bagepalli holds a Master degree in Socialogy. He is an expert in Agricultural development. He also has a good Accounting background. He has immense knowlwedge in revolving fund schemes for Self Help group (SHG).

Mrs. M. Lavanya is the Member-Trustee of Vishvashanthi Public Trust. She has done M.Sc post graduation in M.Sc( psychology) which includes applied knowledge of child, indrustrial psychology and also various therapies in handling human behaviors.
